Account and Data Deletion Instructions


We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the methods below.

Option 1: Delete Your Account While Logged In


  1. Log in to your account on our website using your current authentication provider (for example: email/password, Google, Facebook).
  2. Navigate to Account Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your request.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).

Option 2: Automatic Deletion When Switching Login Provider


If you choose to log in using a different authentication provider than the one currently associated with your account:

  • Your existing account and all associated personal data will be automatically deleted.
  • A new account will be created using the newly selected login provider.
  • This process is irreversible and ensures that data is not merged across different authentication identities.

Option 3: Request Deletion Without Logging In


If you no longer have access to your account or cannot log in:

  1. Send a deletion request to info​@acculeo.com.
  2. Include:
    • The email address associated with your account (if known)
    • The login provider you previously used (e.g., Google, Facebook)
  3. We may request additional information solely to verify your identity.

Once verified, we will process your deletion request.

Data That Is Deleted


When your deletion request is completed, we remove:

  • Account profile information
  • Authentication identifiers from third-party providers
  • Application-generated user data
  • Any stored preferences or settings

Data Retention Exceptions


Some data may be retained for a limited period if required to:

  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce agreements
  • Prevent fraud or abuse

Such data is securely stored and access is restricted.

Processing Time


  • Most deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
  • You will not be able to recover your account or data after deletion is complete.
