Connecting to

As an essential part of your automation flow, where both bank transactions and vouchers are fetched, the system must also be able to communicate with your accounting software (E-conomic). This makes it possible to fetch the chart of accounts, match with your account numbers, and send approved vouchers and entries directly to your accounting in E-conomic. All through our E-conomic integration.

Takes only 2 minutes to set up - and requires no payment or commitment.

Supported Systems

We currently support direct integration with:

  • E-conomic: Seamless transfer of vouchers and entries to cash journals.

How to connect to E-conomic

  1. Go to Accounting System under Integrations in the sidebar menu, after which you will enter the "Connection Manager" for accounting systems.

  2. Click on Connect E-conomic.

  3. Secure login: You will be redirected to E-conomic's official login page. Log in with your usual details and approve.

  4. Select agreement: After logging in, you will see a list of your E-conomic agreements. Select the one you want to use with this company.
You must also select Bookkeeping Method: Choose between "Cash journal" (journal entry) or "Voucher-oriented" depending on what you typically use in E-conomic.

  5. You are now connected to E-conomic and can start integrating your bookkeeping activities.

Options after the connection is established?

  • Chart of Accounts: The system automatically fetches your chart of accounts from E-conomic. This includes all your expense, income, and VAT accounts.
  • Automatic synchronization: Your accounts are kept synchronized. If you add a new account in E-conomic, it will appear in our system shortly after.
  • Direct export: When you click "Approve" in the cash journal, the entry is created immediately on your E-conomic account.
  • Voucher transfer: The voucher file itself (PDF/image) is also transferred to E-conomic and attached to the entry, so you always comply with bookkeeping laws.

Troubleshooting

  • Connection expired: For security reasons, the connection to E-conomic may expire after some time. If you see a connection error, simply go to the Accounting Connection page and click "Reconnect".
  • Missing accounts: If you just added an account in E-conomic and cannot see it yet, you can click "Refresh accounts" under the Bookkeeping section. The first time you connect E-conomic, we fetch all your accounts automatically after the connection is established.
