User Guide: Subscription

Here you get a full overview of your agreement with us. We want to be completely transparent about your terms, prices, and the features you have access to.

💳 Your Current Subscription

Status and Overview

At the top of the page, you can always see your current status:

• Active: Everything is running as it should, and you have full access.
• Trial Period: You are currently testing the system. We show you exactly when the trial period expires and when your actual subscription starts.
• Cancelled: You have cancelled your subscription, but you still have access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Details About Your Plan

We show you all the important details so you are never in doubt:

• Plan Name: E.g., Starter, Plus, or Premium.
• Price and Currency: What you pay per period.
• Payment Interval: Whether you pay monthly or annually.
• Next Payment Date: When the next automatic payment will take place.

✨ Included Features

Under your subscription overview, you will find a list of all the features included in your current plan. This gives you a quick overview of your options in the system, such as the number of documents, integrations, and advanced tools.

🔄 Manage Your Subscription

Reactivation

If you have cancelled your subscription but change your mind, you can easily reactivate it with a single click on "Reactivate Subscription". Everything will then continue exactly as before.

Cancellation

We are, of course, sorry if you choose to leave us, but we have made it easy to cancel:

1. Click on "Cancel Subscription".
2. You will be asked to enter your password to confirm it's you.
3. Once you have confirmed, your subscription is cancelled.
4. Remember: You can continue to use the system until your current period expires. After that, your access will be limited.
